Elevated Future is a boutique search firm devoted to creating cost-efficient talent solutions for a variety of businesses, mostly in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah. We provide a complete suite of human resources and recruiting services to our clients and have the ability to work on an as-needed basis.
We also advise jobseekers to be poised for success in the job market. This may include creating or updating resumes, consulting on a career change, salary negotiation, and identifying employment opportunities.
Meet Brittany
Brittany has over a decade of recruiting experience, hiring premium talent, building strong teams and providing elevated HR support within a variety of industries. Brittany is a Park City, Utah native but left to pursue opportunities and develop her career outside of her home state.
After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland, Brittany moved to Boston to be Program Coordinator of Student Affairs – Harvard University’s School of Public Health. She then transitioned to Event Coordinator at the Harvard Business School. Following her employment at Harvard, Brittany relocated to Chicago where she worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at both The Boston Consulting Group and Booz & Company (now Strategy&).
Brittany’s experience at an Ivy League institution coupled with her years in the corporate world have given her tremendous insight into what it takes for teams to be successful…it’s all about their people! Brittany is passionate about making a personal connection with candidates and clients, matching the right opportunity with the right candidate. She takes great satisfaction from helping teams exceed their goals.
